The AIDAcosma was a guest in the state capital of Kiel from February 18th, 2022 to February 23rd, 2022, and was not planned at all at short notice. The newest ship of the shipping company AIDA Cruises was sent from Bremerhaven to Kiel due to the bad weather conditions and spent a few days at the Ostseekai cruise terminal and two days on the open sea between the Bay of Kiel and Denmark.
