Christmas trees will be sold again on Wilhelmplatz and Blücherplatz in December 2023. For some this means short distances when buying a Christmas tree, but there will be fewer parking spaces available on Blücherplatz and Wilhelmplatz during this time.
Sales area for Christmas trees has already been set up on Blücherplatz
The sales area was set up on Blücherplatz on Thursday afternoon. As always, the weekly market took place here again on Thursday. Immediately after the market stalls were dismantled, a small area on Blücherplatz was cordoned off with a construction fence.
Wilhelmplatz: Sales areas closed from Saturday December 9th, 2023 at 6 a.m
The sales areas for Christmas trees on Wilhelmplatz are significantly larger than on Blücherplatz. Drivers who have still parked their vehicles in the relevant sales areas on Wilhelmplatz must relocate their vehicles by 6 a.m. on Saturday at the latest. Vehicles that are not reparked in a timely manner will be removed from the affected areas by the towing service for a fee.
The sales areas for the Christmas tree sale on Wilhelmplatz will be set up on Saturday. The trees will be sold daily from December 10th. by December 24th, 2023.
