Corona in Schleswig-Holstein: Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) in quarantine after an employee in Günther’s working environment tested positive for the corona virus.
Schleswig-Holstein is currently recording a significant increase in the number of corona cases. The seven-day incidence has now risen to over 400 and has reached a new high. The number of people who are currently in quarantine is correspondingly high. The most prominent person at the moment is probably Schleswig-Holstein’s Prime Minister Daniel Günther, who also went into quarantine on Thursday.
Because a person in the Prime Minister’s working environment tested positive for COVID-19, Günther had to go into quarantine at home as the contact person of a so-called index person. A press conference was actually planned for Thursday in the Landeshaus. Here Daniel Günther wanted to inform the public about the next steps and the Corona course of the state government. However, due to the events, the date in the Landeshaus was canceled at short notice and postponed to a later date.
