There was also a lot going on at the Nordmarksportfeld during Kiel Week 2022: The popular Willer Balloon Sail Event took place here again with numerous attractions, sports events and of course the spectacular night glow of the hot air balloons on some evenings. That evening, after the Night Glow, there was also a spectacular fireworks display that lit up the Kiel night sky above the Nordmarksportfeld.

The 16th International Willer Balloon Sail for Kiel Week 2022 took place from June 17th to June 26th, 2022 at Kiel’s Nordmarksportfeld.

Do you want to visit the Nordmark sports field at the next Willer Balloon Sail, perhaps also to the Night Glow and/or the fireworks display, or watch one of the sports tournaments? Since parking is a bit difficult, it’s best to either take the bus or bike to Nordmarksportfeld, especially on the evenings when the Night Glow takes place followed by the fireworks.
