Partial closure on Blücherplatz in Kiel on Saturday, April 23, 2022 due to a demonstration taking place on Blücher on Saturday afternoon.
Motorists beware: On Saturday, April 23, no vehicles are allowed to park between 12:00 p.m. and around 4:00 p.m. on the northern half of the Blücher. The reason for the partial closure on Blücherplatz Kiel is the demonstration “Housing is a human right!”, which starts on Saturday at 11 a.m. on the square of the sailors at Kiel Central Station and ends with a closing event on Blücherplatz around 4 p.m.
The organizer of this demonstration is the Alliance for Affordable Housing in Kiel.
The first barriers and signs were put up as early as Thursday afternoon, while the stalls at the weekly market were being dismantled.
