AIDAprima and AIDAluna at the Kiel Ostseekai<\/a>: double call AIDA Cruises cruise ships in Kiel on May 5th, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Double call of the two cruise ships AIDAprima and AIDAluna of the shipping company AIDA Cruises in Kiel on May 5, 2022. Both cruise ships moored in Kiel on Thursday morning and then left their berths at Kiel’s Ostseekai at 6:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. First, the AIDAprima left its berth at the Ostseekai and passed the Kiel Fjord<\/a> in the direction of the Baltic Sea. To say goodbye, of course, there was a salute with the ship’s horn. The next destination for the AIDAprima on its Baltic Sea cruise is Copenhagen in Denmark, where it will arrive on Friday morning.<\/p>\n

A few minutes later, around 6.15 p.m., when the AIDAprima was already underway in the Kiel Fjord at the Blücher Bridge, the AIDAluna also started to move and left its berth at the Ostseekai. AIDAluna’s next destination is Oslo in Norway.<\/p>\n

Both ships of the AIDA fleet were guests in Kiel last week, but not at the same time. The AIDAluna was previously in Kiel on April 25, 2022 and the AIDAprima on April 29, 2022.<\/p>\n

In the further course of this year’s Kiel cruise season, in addition to the two ships AIDAprima and AIDAluna, two more cruise ships of the shipping company AIDA Cruises will call at the port of Kiel. On the one hand, the AIDAbella is expected in Kiel and also the AIDAnova, 337 meters long, 42 meters wide and 2,626 cabins.<\/p>\n

And of course numerous other cruise ships will call at the port of Kiel this year. With 249 ship calls, the port of Kiel is even about to set a new record, because never before have so many cruise ships called at the port of Kiel within one year.<\/p>\n
