Naval ships in the naval base and the Kiel Fjord<\/a>: Standing NATO mine countermeasures group 1 in Kiel until Monday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the weekend there were once again more naval ships in the Kiel naval port than usual, including two ships from the Norwegian Navy that were moored at the Gorch-Fock-Mole<\/a>. Because NATO’s permanent mine countermeasures association 1 (SNMCMG1) was a guest at the Kiel naval base for a few days. Supplies and fuel were replenished and the ship’s crew was able to use the time at the base to go ashore in Kiel. Here the naval ships are moored together with the sailing training ship Gorch Fock on the pier in glorious sunshine on Sunday, February 19th, 2023.<\/p>\n
